O-Desmethyltramadol
O-Desmethyltramadol is an opioid which has just recently emerged on the designer drug market. It is often sold in powder form as a legal alternative to other opioids. It is reported that one manufacturer sold a product called “Krypton Kratom” which was a mixture of kratom powder and O-Desmethyltramadol. Unsurprisingly, this resulted in accidental overdoses. You can read our article on Butyr-Fentanyl for a better understanding as to why opioid research chemicals are a bad idea.
A Chinese vendor known as Isomerism has been rumored to be distributing the compound. SafeorScam entries report them to be an unpopular vendor. There are many reports indicating they may or may not be selective scammers. In my experience, any vendor offering such a scarce and potentially dangerous compound so openly to the public is usually a scammer. We recommend you check out more reviews of the research chemical vendor Isomerism before proceeding with an order.

It seems like a promising compound for responsible researchers; however, I do not see many vendors willing to take responsibility for accidental overdose cases so it is unlikely this compound will ever be as openly available as compounds like Methoxetamine (MXE) or cathinones.
Stay safe and do your research!
This post should double as a vendor review for Isomerism. Feel free to leave additional feedback below in the comments section regarding the legitimacy of these guys.
