HKOsmoke Review

Today we are reporting on a complaint we received regarding HerbalKushOutlet or HKOsmoke.

To make a long story short, a customer ordered 7 grams of a product called “Just Like Kush”. The customer had to jump through many hoops and was lied to on numerous occasions about the status of his package; furthermore, the product he received was the wrong one. The customer service representative made no mention of the consistent lies and did not make an apology.

While the product was effective, it doesn’t relieve the company of its poor customer service skills. We recommend you stay clear of these guys. Another customer waited 14 days for his product to arrive after purchasing it from HKOsmoke through iOffer. This type of negligence towards customers should not be tolerated in our community.

    Wow, this was my review from LHG. I am glad to see this is being pushed around the web. These guys sent one response after the review was made public and needless to say it was not very professional. I am big guy so not worried but the fact this company operates in such ways is disturbing to say the least.

    Thanks for following this and believing me, what a bad company. Thank you also MC for allowing my chargeback to go through. I paid to send the item back but that’s only because I am an honest person unlike the seller.
