I have been receiving a lot of emails lately regarding the legality of synthetic cannabinoids like JWH-122, JWH-250, and AM-2201. As of today’s date (8/7/2011) and to my current knowledge, the following state bans are in place.

JWH-122 is banned in North Carolina, Kansas, Utah, and West Virginia.

AM-2201 is banned in North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, and Kansas.

Jwh-250 is banned in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Utah, West Virginia, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Other cannabinoids that are still not scheduled or relatively new to the market include JWH-019, RCS-4, and RCS-8.
