The Molino “Mad Scientist” features two water chambers to cool and filter the smoke. It passes through the water in the bottom chamber, then up into the central chamber where it goes through a percolator which increases the overall surface-area to volume-ratio of the smoke.

Well I have smoked out of everything from quad perc bongs to plastic bongs ha, and well, this bong is def. one of my top five bongs! I ordered it and i believe 10 business days later it was at my door. It shipped with great care and made it to my house unharmed. I also ordered the clear in-line precooler as well. This bong is a great bong for an everyday smoker like myself, not too big, and not too small.
As for the perc clogging up, that is crazy talk, the precooler stops everything from entering the actual bong! Maybe if u didn’t have a ash catcher and u were smoking dirt or something it would get clogged, but not someone smoking nugs or some other good quality trees.

My first bong! I’m a regular smoker, but I’ve only recently turned to bongs. Nevertheless I’ve smoked from a range of bongs, and i have to say: I’m truly impressed!
Don’t let it’s size fool you, this is a true beast.
Fitted with a precooler this is baby outsmokes ROOR’s in my opinion. It hits extremely smooth, because of the extra water chamber with percolator. Nevertheless it delivers a huge punch. I’ve been completely unable to anything for hours after first smoking a few hits.
The holes in the percolator that came with mine are not so small as many reviewers want you to believe. Maybe mine is different, but I have no problems with it at all.
The glass is not extremely thick, especially at the bottom, but be careful with it and it won’t disappoint you.

However, there are some con’s:
- The removable percolator is fragile. The top ring broke the first week. I super glued it together though, and I am confident it won’t break again at that spot.
-The thin glass of which the bottom bubble consists makes you want to handle this as a newborn.
-The percolator is VERY difficult to clean. Not because it clogs or something, but the resin buildup at the top is not easy reachable.

Conclusion:
Not a bong for clumsy people, but then, all glass bongs are. Nevertheless, be careful.
Otherwise I can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t buy this, especially considering the price.
In other words: AWESOME!
